When:  Saturday, September 5, 2009.  Race starts at 9:30am.

Where:  There will be a 1/2 mile swim  in Rangeley Lake at the  Town Park.  Then a 22 mile bike from Rangeley to Oquossoc  and up to the the Rangeley Lakes Trail Center yurt, followed by a 4.8 mile uphill trail run from the yurt to the Saddleback Base Lodge.

Cost:  Individual $70.00, after June 30, $75.00.  Relay teams $120.00 per team, after June 30, $130.00.  Non- members of USAT add $10.00 per person.

Awards and Music:  Immediately following the race at the Base Lodge

Wine, Beer and Saddleback Barbecue will be available for purchase.
